DESCRIPTION:The Antiques and Collectors Section is honoured to host Simon G
 illespie\, the club's art restorer and expert from the BBC's 'Fake or Fort
 une' and ‘Britain’s Lost Masterpieces’ for an evening lecture on Thu
 rsday 1st February.\n\nSimon's Studio is known globally as one of the lead
 ing art conservation studios\, trusted by major museums\, galleries\, auct
 ion houses and corporate and private collectors worldwide. Work by many of
  the finest artists in history has passed through Simon's studio\, from Ru
 bens and Renoir to Hockney and Freud\, Titian and Twombly\, Picasso\, Piss
 arro\, Van Dyck and Velasquez\, Breughel and Banksy\, Lowry and Lichtenste
 in\, Munch\, Miró and Millais.\n\nThe lecture will take place on Thursday
  1st February at the club\n\nThe evening begins at 7pm with a glass of cha
 mpagne and canapes on arrival.\n\n&nbsp\;
