DESCRIPTION:\n\n&nbsp\;\nOur next meeting will take place on Friday 24 Febr
 uary\, where we will be joined by Sir Anthony Seldon as we discussing his 
 latest book The Path of Peace Walking the Western Front Way. Inspired by a
  letter written by an English Soldier\, saying that if he ever made it hom
 e from the war he'd petition the British and French governments to turn No
  Man's Land into a path people could walk to remember the dead. A hundred 
 years later\, a walking and cycling route is being set up just like the so
 ldier wished for.\nThe meetings start at 6pm\, and members and their guest
 s can either join in person or online via Zoom.\nFor those joining in pers
 on we normally carry on the evening with drinks and supper in one of the b
 ars. If you would like to have dinner in the dining room\, you will need t
 o book this separately\nIf you would like to attend please let the office
