National Youth Choir Fellowship

We are delighted to announce the National Youth Choir Fellowship for our next Recital. The Fellowship is a full-year development programme for emerging young professional choral leaders. The Fellows have performed at high-profile venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Southbank Centre, Cadogan Hall and Snape Maltings. Recent performance highlights include the BBC Proms, Three Choirs Festival and a nationally televised appearance from Amiens Cathedral in France in the presence of HRH Prince William.

The evening will celebrate England choral classics, from renaissance polyphony such as Tallis, Byrd and Purcell, to contemporary offerings in the second half. The second half will also explore some works outside of this portfolio, such as Gjeilo, hence our name From England Yonder.
