As some of you may know one of the reasons for the Historical society being founded was to fold the long running Company Dinner in as one of its activities. This year is the 11th year of the dinner and will be held on Thursday 26 May, tickets are priced at £87 pp, black tie and members only.

The guest speaker will be British journalist and author, Con Coughlin, currently the Daily Telegraph defence editor.

The Company Dinner was founded for Club members to come together over a shared interest in the history of the East India Company, against the backdrop of an Indian themed dinner. While this initial reason for the dinner remains, it now has a wider social and historical focus, but the Indian dinner remains. Really it’s a good chance to catch up with friends from the club new and old.
