DESCRIPTION:\n\nAs some of you may know one of the reasons for the Historic
 al society being founded was to fold the long running Company Dinner in as
  one of its activities. This year is the 10th year of the dinner and will 
 be held on Thursday 26 May\, tickets are priced at £83 pp\, black tie and
  members only.\n\nThe Company Dinner was founded for Club members to come 
 together over a shared interest in the history of the East India Company\,
  against the backdrop of an Indian themed dinner. While this initial reaso
 n for the dinner remains\, it now has a wider social and historical focus\
 , but the Indian dinner remains. Really it’s a good chance to catch up w
 ith friends from the club new and old.
