Registration from 5pm, to be seated by 5.50pm for a 6pm start

Please note that if you join via Zoom you will not be able to vote or comment on the evening. You must have completed and returned your proxy form either electronically or by post to Civica Election Services, as directed on the proxy form. The Zoom link will be issued ahead of the meeting and we ask you not to share with anyone else.
