The Wine Committee presents
This year’s gourmet dinner is inspired by Michel Roux, and is a celebration of French culinary artistry, using classic techniques to create refined flavours.
Aiming to emulate the meticulous attention to detail for which Roux is known, and seeking a perfect balance of taste, texture and colour in each course, our chefs will use high-quality ingredients, skilfully prepared to elevate their natural flavours by chef de cuisine Mark Leach.
Master of wine Mark Pardoe will carefully select wines to complement each course.
