 tory section welcomes Dr Seth Alexander Thévoz\, a historian of Clubland 
 and it's role in society. He is the author of Club Government: How the ear
 ly Victorian world was ruled from London clubs and more recently Behind Cl
 osed Doors: The secret life of London's private members' clubs. He will be
  talking on the history of clubs and clubland and of course including the 
 East India and it's predecessors.\nMembers are welcome to book up to three
  guest places.\n6.45pm for 7pm lecture\n
