David Morgan

David joined Harlequin Football Club (as a very junior player) and the East India Club (as a J7 member) when leaving school in 1975 and has enjoyed uninterrupted membership of both clubs for 46 years.

A banker by profession David has lived, worked and played rugby in Hong Kong, USA, Japan and Malaysia as well as here in the UK. When no longer able to play rugby David took up golf and has been a member of the EPICS, the East India Club Golf Society, for almost 20 years.

David was invited to join the Harlequin board in 2011 and was appointed Chairman in 2012. In the 20/21 season Harlequin’s achieved the domestic double winning both the Women’s (Allianz 15’s) and Men’s (Gallagher Premiership) championships.
