 ing Intelligence Cell and Training Officer at RMA Sandhurst. She was appoi
 nted Commandant of the Equality and Diversity Training Centre in 2008\, be
 fore retiring in 2012. In 2017 Cdr Whittingham became the first female Dep
 uty Governor of the Tower of London. As well as her duties as Head of Oper
 ations and Security\, Debra plays a key role in some of the Tower’s olde
