The Chocolate Detective: Chantal Coady OBE FRSA

Chantal’s journey is remarkable: she is the visionary chocolatier who aged 23 founded the renowned Rococo Chocolates. She has built several successful brands and also demonstrated incredible resilience by overcoming a significant setback that would have halted many entrepreneurial careers. This is a story of passion, perseverance, and the sweet taste of a comeback.

Chantal’s core values are based on three Cs. Connecting with cocoa farmers to ensure a transparent supply chain and equitable trade. Create—coming up with recipes like the golden sea salt, invented while running after her toddler on Constantine beach. Curate—sourcing from other reputable makers classics which are too good not to share.

As ever, it will be a black-tie evening, with the chance for daughters to wear their most beautiful dresses. A photographer will be on hand to capture the moment, and a print of the photo is included within the cost of the ticket.

The evening begins at 7.15pm with a drinks reception, offering the opportunity to mingle with fellow members and their guests, and the official photographs will be taken. At 8pm there will be a three-course dinner.

Members may book up to five guest places for the evening, and tickets are priced at £85 per person.
