SUMMARY:Motoring Section Autumn Rally
DESCRIPTION:\nThe annual autumn motoring event will begin at the premises o
 f\nWhitewebbs Museum of Transport\, Enfield\nWe have arranged a private vi
 ewing of the Whitewebbs Museum of Transport\, which is 22 miles from the c
 lub. Coffee and tea will be available on arrival between 10.30am and 11am\
 , before we are given a private tour of the museum. After the tour a sandw
 ich lunch will be provided at 12.30pm. Departure from the museum will be a
 t your leisure.\n\nOn arrival in St James's Square\, our cars will be park
 ed within the St James's Square gardens\, where they will remain overnight
  with security provided. After changing into black tie\, at 5.45pm Champag
 ne will be served in the gardens while we walk round the cars and listen t
 o each member speaking briefly about his car. Dinner will be served at 7pm
 . Our after-dinner speaker will be Doug Hill who is the manager and chief 
 engineer of the National Motor Museum.\n\nSpaces for the museum are now fu
 ll but there are still places available for the reception and dinner. Tick
 ets are priced at £138pp and include a Champagne reception in the gardens
 \, weather permitting\, and a three-course dinner with wine and port. If y

  Members are welcome to bring guests.\nMembers wishing to stay at the club
  overnight\, will need to book accommodation via reception at a separate c
 ost.\nCars are parked securely within the Square's gardens by kind permiss
 ion of the Garden Trustees ready for members to depart after breakfast.\n&
