Rowing AGM & Dinner

To mark the end of the 2022/23 season, the Rowing Section will hold its AGM and Annual Dinner on the 2nd September at the EIC.

3pm – Blazer and trouser fittings in the Conference Room

4pm – AGM in the Hogarth Room

5pm – 2023/4 Squad meeting in the Hogarth Room (others to head to the American bar)

7pm – Drinks in the American Bar and guest arrival

8pm – Sit down to dinner in the East India Room

After dinner – 2022/23 Awards and games

Ticket price for the dinner will be £70pp and includes a 3 course meal, half a bottle of wine, port, coffee and chocolates. The cost (along with any guest tickets) will be added to your club account.

Dress code will be HRR attire – rowing blazers, chinos/tailored trousers, tie/bowtie and for ladies, cocktail or summer dresses and rowing blazers.

The AGM will be for current or prospective section members but the dinner is open to all and the more the merrier so feel free to extend the invite.

Please note that in some circumstances, event details may have to be amended. All social communications will be conveyed by email. Other events such as the Henley T&V Dinner and the Club Sports Dinner will be interspersed throughout this calendar.
