SUMMARY:Rowing AGM & Dinner
DESCRIPTION:This years Rowing section AGM will take place on\nSaturday 3rd 
 September at 4:00pm.\nOur committee of 2022/23 will be elected and below i
 s a list of the available committee positions including a short descriptio
 n of what each entails. Anyone running for a position will be required to 
 present a 2min speech. These will be followed by questions from the floor.
  It is recommended you speak to the current holder of the position you are
  running for.\n\nHon. Secretary (2 year term) - Callum Sinclair\nHe shall 
 organise the administration of the Club\, including Committee Meetings and
  the AGM. The Secretary is also responsible for the maintenance of a list 
 of members (and ensuring that members who row maintain an active BR Licens
 e). of AGMs and EGMs\; and any other meeting as appropriate.\n\nSocial Sec
  (1 year term) - Sam Hodgkiss\nHe shall organise off-the-water events that
  provide value for both active and social members and shall run the social
  media accounts including Twitter &amp\; Instagram.\n\nFundraising Sec (1 
 year term) - Peter Pratelli\nHe shall raise funds for the section by arran
 ging events and encouraging members to participate.\n\nIf either Social Se
 c or Fundraising Sec does not get filled then the roles will be combined.\
 n\nYou MUST email eastindiarowing@gmail.com detailing the role(s) you'd li
 ke to run for and a few sentences outlining why.\n\nDeadline is 27th Augus
 t at 7pm\, I will post a list of candidates on the Monday prior and any is
 sues that arise will be sorted latest on Tuesday prior.\n\nPlease click he

 tions for discussion at Annual General Meetings which are not included on 
 the agenda shall be lodged with the Secretary at least 7 days preceding th
 e AGM\, and be signed by two members".\n\nPlease send all motions to easti
